We look at multiple shipping options for each order and select the most economical option available. We don't simply default to one carrier.

Absolutely. If you'd prefer to use your own UPS, FedEx, or other carrier account, we can bill shipping directly to your account.

Yes. We can process international wholesale shipments. Shipping is calculated based on destination and the most economical available option.

Yes, before the stated preorder cutoff date. After the cutoff, your order has been submitted for production and bolt cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Precuts—including Fat Quarters, Patchwork Pinwheels, and Charm Packs—are non-cancellable once ordered.

The day after the cutoff date, we send our final quantities into production. At that point, we've committed to producing the fabric based on the orders we've received.

We're a small company, and accurate orders allow us to make what our stores have asked for without creating unnecessary inventory.

If your fabric arrives damaged or has a manufacturing or quality issue, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photographs and your order information. We'll review it and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Our premium quilting cotton is 100% cotton, 44/45" wide, designed for quilting, patchwork, sewing, and small-scale textile projects. Full specifications are available on each product page.

We're proud to produce fabric that is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Certified meaning it is tested for harmful substances and suitable for products intended for sensitive skin and everyday use.

Yes. We're working on keeping small mini Charm Packs available so you can see the colors and prints in person before committing to yardage. Send us a note and we'll be happy to help.
